In collaboration with PSI, HSRC, and Matchboxology, Audere has developed a free WhatsApp-based AI health coach (Coach Mpilo), to personalized advice, and support on HIV, TB, and other questions about health and wellbeing.


The AI coach offers reliable information, empathetic counselling, digitally guided self-testing, behavioural reminders and nudges, and support for linkage to in-person care, available anytime, 24/7, from any location, across the client health journey.
